Qualifications

• Strong experience building high-performance, scalable backend systems using Go.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and microservices architectures.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB data models and performance tuning.
• Proven cloud-native development on AWS with production-grade Kubernetes deployments.
• Experience operating scalable backend services in high-traffic environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Golang.
• Develop and optimize distributed systems handling high traffic and mission-critical functionality.
• Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS for performance and reliability.
• Design and manage scalable data storage with MongoDB.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain production services on Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with product, frontend, platform, and infra teams for seamless user experiences.
• Improve observability and reliability through monitoring and automation.
• Participate in architectural discussions shaping the platform.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive long-term resilience improvements.
