Job summary

Campbell’s in Camden, NJ is seeking a Senior Manager, Go To Market to bridge Customer Field Sales with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain. You will translate brand strategy into execution priorities for Bakery & Cookies within Snacks, shaping trade and leading voice of the customer across the organization.

This hybrid role requires 10–20% travel and office-based work three days a week (Tue–Thu) in Camden, NJ, with opportunities to influence category strategy and drive growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of CPG sales experience including customer strategy/trade marketing.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, negotiation, and process management skills.
• Experience in customer sales or customer management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and cross-functional teams to drive brand and sales objectives.
• Develop and optimize annual operating plan targets with Revenue Management.
• Create and optimize promotional plans within guardrails to maximize ROI.
• Align assortment and innovation with national priorities and strategy.
• Communicate forecasts and business drivers to Demand Planning and IBP processes.
• Identify risks and opportunities and propose solutions balancing needs.
• Lead execution of category bets, including innovations and in-store drives.
