Fireblocks is seeking a Senior GTM Analyst to join a global data team, shaping data-informed decisions across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Revenue Operations. You will build AI-powered analytics, drive KPI definitions, and automate reporting in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You will collaborate with analysts and GTM leaders, leverage AI-native workflows, and ensure reliable insights through rigorous evaluation and prompts optimization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Analyst, with a focus on GTM, revenue, sales, or marketing analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with understanding of statistical methods and predictive modeling.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs in a working context: prompt engineering, agent-based tooling, and evaluating model output quality.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered analytical solutions for stakeholders, including semantic layers/views and conversational analytics.
• Perform deep data analysis to uncover trends and inform go-to-market strategy.
• Partner with GTM leadership to define KPIs across funnel (pipeline, conversion, ARR, retention, expansion, churn).
• Own quality of AI-generated analysis by designing evaluations and refining prompts.
