Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong Go (Golang) proficiency with production services.
• Experience designing, building, and scaling REST and gRPC APIs.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), containers, CI/CD, and IaC.
• Familiarity with Agile software delivery and SCRUM practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, document, and operate Go services and APIs.
• Own the technical design of medium-to-large features and systems.
• Lead architecture reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Mentor engineers and onboard new hires; drive on-call reliability.
• Collaborate with product teams to shape roadmaps and tech decisions.
• Improve reliability, performance, and cost; define SLOs and metrics.
