You will design high-availability components, drive performance improvements, and collaborate with architects to raise the bar across the stack while delivering scalable backend services for petabytes of data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE or equivalent.
• 3+ years of Go experience.
• Hands-on experience building or scaling large data workloads.
• Hands-on experience with RDBMS or NoSQL.
• 10+ years of overall experience.
• Experience with observability stacks: Prometheus, Elasticsearch, APM.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver highly available, fault-tolerant distributed systems.
• Design and build core backend services in Go with performance focus.
• Drive technical strategy and architecture decisions.
• Lead design reviews and establish engineering best practices.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and drive improvements across the stack.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and coaching.
