RVO Health is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of large-scale applications in a collaborative environment. You will mentor engineers, drive technical decisions, and ensure code quality across the team.

We maintain an in-office schedule in Minneapolis Tues–Thu with optional remote Mon and Fri, and offer a competitive starting salary with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of software development experience, focused on large-scale applications.
• Proficiency in multiple languages: Go, PHP, JavaScript, Python, TypeScript, Java, C#, C++.
• Experience with AI for code generation and software testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and implementation of sophisticated software applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to gather requirements.
• Write high-quality, scalable code following best practices and standards.
• Debug, analyze, and resolve complex defects and performance bottlenecks.
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct thorough code reviews.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
