Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
• 5-8 years of software development experience, focusing on large-scale apps.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills; testing experience and AI code-generation helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and development of large-scale software applications aligned with goals.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into designs.
• Write high-quality, maintainable, scalable code following best practices.
• Debug, profile, and optimize performance; resolve complex defects.
• Conduct unit, integration, and performance testing to ensure quality.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews to uphold standards.
• Improve development processes, tooling, and adopt new technologies.
