Job summary

Calsoft is seeking a Senior Golang Engineer with 5-8 years of experience to build scalable, cloud-native backend systems and distributed microservices. You will design high-performance APIs, real-time processing, and event-driven architectures deployed on AWS and Kubernetes.

Join a engineering-led product partner with strong emphasis on modern tech stack, CI/CD, observability, and collaboration in Agile/Scrum teams across hybrid Irvine location.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Go backend systems.
• Experience building scalable microservices and REST/gRPC APIs.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems and concurrency.
• Hands-on with AWS services (EC2/EKS/ECS/S3/Lambda/API Gateway).
• Docker, Kubernetes, Helm experience.
• Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with distributed databases: PostgreSQL, Cassandra, MongoDB, MySQL.
• CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or ArgoCD.
• Observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Jaeger.
• Agile/Scrum environment experience.
