Job summary

Teleport, the AI Infrastructure Identity Company, is hiring product-focused systems engineers to work on Teleport Core Product. You will tackle performance, security, and scalability challenges, writing most code in Go and collaborating with a distributed team.

You will lead a team of engineers, drive design and implementation, and contribute to open source. Remote-first with global teams and customers, Teleport values hands-on builders and strong security expertise.

Qualifications

• Extensive Go experience and strong background in building scalable distributed systems.
• Proven leadership and engineering management experience.
• Familiarity with Linux systems engineering and security models (RBAC, ABAC, zero-trust).
• Open source contributions are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own design, development, and delivery of Teleport Core Product features.
• Improve observability, performance, and reliability at scale.
• Lead a distributed team of engineers and collaborate across teams.
• Write Go code and ship high‑quality software.
