Software Technology Inc. is seeking an experienced senior software engineer with deep expertise in Go and cloud-native architectures.

You will design and optimize distributed microservices, implement scalable systems, and contribute to observability and reliability across platforms. The role emphasizes hands-on Go development, Docker-based environments, Kubernetes workflows, and integration with AI-focused tooling.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in software/IT
• Strong hands-on Golang/Go development and Architecture
• Experience with Docker, Helm, CI/CD, GitOps and infrastructure automation
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, or enterprise observability
• Agentic AI, RAG, and MCP/LLM integration with cloud-native platforms are required
• Enterprise distributed systems and microservices architecture
• Kubernetes multi-cluster / federation is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of scalability, resiliency, fault tolerance, high availability, and production troubleshooting
• Istio/Envoy, Kafka, Terraform, and ArgoCD are strongly preferred
