Job summary

oneNav seeks a hands-on GNSS Signal Processing Systems Engineer for Advanced Products & Systems to realize its goals. You will design anti-jamming/spoofing algorithms, build working solutions, analyze KPIs, and collaborate across hardware and software teams to bring prototypes to production.

Location in Sunnyvale, CA, full-time role requiring deep technical expertise and independent thinking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

MS/PhD in EE, Signal Processing or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years hands-on GNSS/RF signal processing with beamforming/anti-jam/anti-spoof experience.
Strong grounding in statistical signal processing and estimation/detection theory.
Proficiency in MATLAB/Python/C/C++ for algorithm development and HW/embedded validation.
Understanding HW/FW/SW boundaries including ADC/RF front-end parameters.

Responsibilities

Design and implement beamforming and spatial-filtering algorithms to suppress jammers.
Apply statistical detection and estimation to jammer/spoofer detection, classification, and mitigation.
Develop countermeasures against interference types (CW, chirp, etc.).
Contribute to system-level architecture for next-gen resilient PNT products with HW/SW trade-offs.
Build prototypes and drive KPIs like J/S performance across In-Band/Out-of-Band, A/T/R.
Translate algorithms into production-quality embedded code with coding standards.
Explore ML approaches for jammer/spoofer classification and mitigation.
