Qualifications

• Experience supporting government or DoD programs.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of GNC; control theory; flight dynamics; navigation; trajectory analysis; simulation.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience with Master's degree related to the labor category; or related bachelor's plus 5 additional years of related senior experience, for 17 total years, as substitute for master's.

Responsibilities

• Support mission-critical programs in secure government environments.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
• Ensure compliance with contract and security standards.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance.
• Evaluates propulsion, navigation systems, and control mechanisms; uses simulations and modeling to assess performance under varied operating conditions and identify capabilities and improvement areas.
