Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting government or DoD programs.
• 12+ years experience with a Master’s or 17 years with a Bachelor + senior experience.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of GNC, control theory, flight dynamics, navigation, trajectory analysis, and simulation.

What You'll Do

• Support mission-critical programs in secure government environments
• Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
• Ensure compliance with contract and security standards
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance
• Evaluates propulsion, navigation systems, and control mechanisms; uses simulations and modeling to assess performance under varied operating conditions and identify capabilities and improvement areas.

What You Bring

• Experience supporting government or DoD programs
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of GNC; control theory; flight dynamics; navigation; trajectory analysis; simulation
• Minimum of 12 years of experience withMaster's degree related to the labor category; or related bachelor's plus 5 additional years of related senior experience, for 17 total years, as substitute for master's.

Preferred Qualifications

• Agile, cloud, or modernization experience
• Background in process improvement or analytical services
• Experience/strong knowledge of missile/space systems; estimation; Kalman filtering; MATLAB/Simulink; Monte Carlo
