Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of professional experience or Master’s with 6 years.
• Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance required.
• Experience leading engineering teams with workforce execution and delivery outcomes.
• GN&C experience for missile-based systems including guidance and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead an engineering organization responsible for GN&C delivery across multiple programs and work streams.
• Develop and lead managers, technical leads, and engineers in performance and recruiting actions.
• Provide senior technical leadership for missile-based GN&C system development.
• Own escalation, prioritization, and resources for complex risks.
• Drive cross-functional integration among systems engineering, flight software, and program teams.
• Ensure technical approaches and verification align with mission needs and program risk.
• Represent GN&C capabilities and investment needs to leadership.
• Other duties as assigned
