Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking an experienced aerospace engineer to develop control systems for spacecraft as part of the Lunar Permanence team. This role requires collaboration with various engineering disciplines and a strong background in GN&C algorithms.

Located in Seattle, you will work on projects supporting the transport of crew and cargo to the lunar surface. Applicants should have significant experience in aerospace engineering and programming skills in C/C++.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience or M.S. with 5+ years of experience in aerospace.
• Established background in flight and attitude control algorithms.
• Robust understanding of spacecraft dynamics and control best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop control systems for spacecraft operating sophisticated missions.
• Integrate software in SIL and HIL environments.
• Collaborate with systems engineers to ensure subsystem design closure.
