Job summary

JLL is seeking a Sr. Operating Engineer to support a GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing environment onsite in McPherson, KS.

You will perform preventive, predictive, corrective maintenance on facility systems, including doors, electrical distribution, and building envelopes, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing assets, documenting activities in CMMS, and collaborating with operations, quality, and EHS teams to maintain reliability and

Qualifications

• 2+ years in building engineering or facilities maintenance.
• Valid state driver's license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in GMP or regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain doors, frames, hardware, windows and related components.
• Diagnose and repair electrical/mechanical system issues using diagnostics.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document in CMMS per SOP.
• Coordinate with operations and quality teams for safety and compliance.
