Job summary

KPS Life is hiring a Senior Manager, Global Partnerships & Trial Optimization (GPTO) to be fully dedicated to our sponsor client and located on site 3 days per week in Armonk, NY, Cambridge MA or Warren, NJ. The role leads feasibility, country landscape assessments, and data-driven protocol design, partnering with external stakeholders to improve study delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in clinical trial feasibility or related roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional feasibility processes.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for study design.

Responsibilities

• Lead study level feasibility to inform design and planning.
• Collaborate with CROs to validate enrolment and timelines.
• Support GPTO initiatives and process improvements.
• Define data sources and oversee data curation insights.
• Articulate data stories to support data-driven decisions.
• Manage vendor relationships and outsourcing inputs.
• Develop recruitment and retention tactics aligned with strategy.
• Stay informed on external trial environment impacts.
