Job summary

KPS Life is seeking an Associate Director, Global Site Management to lead RBQM and site monitoring across a sponsor portfolio. This on-site role requires coordinating CRO/FSP partners, supervising a team of CRAs and managers, and ensuring study milestones are met in Armonk, NY, Warren, NJ, or Cambridge, MA three days per week.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading a team of supervisors/professionals.
• Extensive RBQM knowledge and risk-based monitoring experience.
• Deep understanding of clinical trial operations and site management.
• Proven ability to oversee FSP/CRO partners and vendor relationships.
• Strong regulatory/compliance awareness and inspection readiness.

Responsibilities

• Directs study and program-level monitoring strategy across a portfolio of studies.
• Manages budgets and allocates resources for multiple projects.
• Oversees CRO/FSP partner site management and performance.
