Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate travel, executive travel, group travel, or event coordination experience.
• Experience coordinating complex domestic and international travel with multi-city itineraries.
• Experience managing travel budgets and cost controls.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and travel reservation systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex domestic and international travel with detailed itineraries.
• Manage multiple travelers, airlines, destinations, and time zones.
• Lead group travel and events including meetings and conferences.
• Negotiate with airlines, hotels, and vendors to optimize cost and terms.
• Advise on passport/visa requirements and travel documentation.
• Track expenses and reconcile invoices for travel and events.
