Job summary

CECO Environmental is seeking a Trade Finance Manager to lead global corporate trade finance activities, manage lines of credit and instruments, and optimize risk and working capital. This role focuses on corporate-side trade finance with cross-border exposure and collaboration with internal teams and banking partners.

The candidate will negotiate terms, review contract language, and ensure compliance with international trade requirements while driving process improvements and global consistency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in progressive trade finance, treasury, or related roles.
• Experience supporting corporate trade finance globally, not solely banking.
• Knowledge of L/Cs, bank guarantees, and related trade instruments.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate trade finance activities across regions and banking partners.
• Negotiate terms for letters of credit, guarantees, and related instruments.
• Review trade finance language in contracts and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with Treasury, Legal, Sales, Operations, and Finance on solutions.
• Provide global oversight with consistent controls and risk management.
• Maintain records, forecasting, and dashboards for LC exposures and fees.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and international trade regulations.
