Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive trade finance, treasury, corporate finance or related experience.
• Experience supporting trade finance from within a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of letters of credit, bank guarantees, standby LCs, and documentary requirements.
• Ability to work with global stakeholders across countries and time zones.
• Experience negotiating trade finance terms and related documentation.

Aufgaben

• Manage corporate trade finance activities related to LCs, standbys, bank guarantees, collections, and guarantees.
• Serve as subject matter expert on trade finance structures, documentation, risk, and commercial implications.
• Negotiate terms with customers, suppliers, banks, and internal partners to protect interests.
• Review and approve trade finance language in contracts, POs, bids, and credit support requests.
• Partner with Treasury, Legal, Sales, Operations, and leadership to structure global trade finance solutions.
• Provide global oversight across regions with consistent controls and risk management.
• Coordinate with banking partners on issuance, renewal, pricing, and administration of instruments.
• Evaluate country, counterparty, payment, and working capital risk associated with trade.
• Support cross-border transactions by coordinating with regional teams to resolve issues.
