Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Strong analytical ability to analyze trends, find more efficient ways to perform tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate and effectively communicate trade compliance information to various levels of non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge and experience with Export Regulations and Operations including EAR, Export Licensing, FTR, OFAC and U.S. Customs Regulations.
• Ability to interact and influence at all levels through global, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain compliance processes, procedures and system interfaces with ERP/WMS.
• Lead day-to-day Operations and projects for Global Trade Compliance Center of Excellence.
• Collaborate with business units, customers and vendors on outbound international shipping and compliance.
• Coordinate and support AES filing, export shipments and related documentation.
• Oversee development, testing and deployment of new compliance processes and tools.
