Job summary

Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Senior Trade Compliance Specialist in Chaska, MN. You will lead advanced export compliance activities, including AES filings, licensing strategy, audits, and recordkeeping to ensure compliance with U.S. and international trade regulations.

You will influence stakeholders, drive continuous improvement, maintain ECCN/HTS data, and support SAP GTS workflows. The role demands strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Law, or related field.
• 5+ years in International Trade or supply chain with a global manufacturing focus.
• Experience with SAP GTS or other global trade management systems.
• Strong knowledge of export controls (EAR/ITAR), sanctions, and classification.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex export compliance activities and advise stakeholders on regulations.
• Oversee screening against denied party lists, embargoes, and restricted parties.
• Lead EEI filings in AES and manage export license determinations and renewals.
• Develop SOPs, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in trade compliance.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
