Job summary

F5 is seeking an experienced import/export compliance specialist to manage international cross-border processes for the RMA services business. You will serve as SME, coordinate with brokers, freight forwarders, and carriers, and act as the primary contact for inquiries.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in customs brokerage/logistics, strong cross-cultural communication, and a Bachelor’s in Supply Chain/International Business or related field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Customs Brokerage / Logistics.
• 5+ years experience working directly with customers.
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Finance or similar.
• Strong cross-cultural communication and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Uphold the F5 Business Code of Ethics and report violations.
• Ensure compliance with US/International regulations through audits and research.
• Provide import/export oversight for the services business and coordinate with internal units.
• Research regulations, report risks, and implement resolution processes to maintain compliance.
