Job summary

Garmin International seeks a Senior International Trade Compliance Specialist at its U.S. headquarters in the Greater Kansas City area. You will lead import/export and supply chain security activities ensuring compliance with CBP, EAR, ITAR, OFAC, and C-TPAT across global operations.

Responsibilities include policy development, process improvement, project planning, and training teams to maintain robust ITC programs and reporting on effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
• Proven project management experience with ability to plan, document and drive complex projects.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork; strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of import/export and supply chain security policies and procedures.
• Drive process improvements supporting ITC activities.
• Develop detailed project plans from concept to completion and communicate progress to management.
• Lead regulatory compliance projects, system enhancements and potential solutions.
• Oversee global ITC initiatives and training programs.
