You will advise senior leaders on risks and opportunities, develop policy positions, and build relationships with policymakers and experts across markets.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in public policy, government, or related fields.
• Interest in technology and its impact on people, business, and governments.
• Strong writing and speaking skills; ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
• Sound judgment and dealing with incomplete or conflicting information.
• Experience advising senior leaders and helping them decide.
• Proven ability to align diverse teams around a strategy.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving progress without a playbook.
• Ability to balance long-term goals with near-term results.
• Willingness to learn quickly and own from problem to delivery.
• Experience working across countries or adapting to different jurisdictions.

• Collaborate with Product, Legal, Engineering, Communications, Trust & Safety, and Gov't Relations to move work forward.
• Develop policy positions, executive briefings, presentations, and advocacy materials.
• Build relationships with policymakers, industry groups, researchers, and experts.
• Represent Adobe in policy discussions and shape outcomes in markets worldwide.
• Help teams prepare for what's next.
