Job summary

Adobe seeks a senior leader for Government Relations to design and drive global external engagement, coalition building, and narrative development. This role shapes how Adobe presents its public policy story to government officials, industry partners, and the public, across federal, state, and international arenas.

You will mobilize allies, manage trade associations and think tanks, lead research-informed messaging, and coordinate cross-functional teams to advance policy campaigns.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in government affairs or public policy.
• Proven success designing third-party engagement strategies.
• Strong relationships with lawmakers, trade groups, think tanks.
• Experience in public opinion research and polling translation.
• Policy messaging tailored for policymakers, media, and the public.
• Experience with Congress, the Executive, or state legislatures.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement global external engagement strategy with coalitions.
• Mobilize allies and manage relationships with trade associations and NGOs.
• Develop public affairs narratives and messaging frameworks.
• Oversee research initiatives to inform strategy.
• Coordinate rapid-response messaging during legislative developments.
