At Ford, we build what matters, starting with the people we hire. We’re looking for a Senior Global Talent Attraction Creative Specialist to serve as the creative design lead for Ford’s Global Employer Brand team while leading employer brand content, storytelling, and recruitment marketing initiatives that help talent discover, engage with, and choose Ford across Europe.

We made history and now we work to transform the future — for our customers, our communities and our families. You’ll see your work on the road every day, helping people move freely and pursue their dreams. At Ford, you can build more than vehicles. Come build what matters.

As part of our Global Talent Acquisition team, you’ll help us attract, hire and retain the top talent we need to achieve our bold vision. You’ll play a vital role in defining, developing and maintaining the winning culture that empowers individuals to work together and create the impossible. We’re seeking change leaders, talent strategists, employee advocates and culture architects to enable our teams, partners, and businesses to do and be their best.

In this position…

  • Serve as creative lead for the Global Employer Brand team, developing scalable templates, toolkits, and style guides while ensuring alignment with corporate brand standards.
  • Partner with recruiters, talent acquisition leaders, and business stakeholders to build attraction strategies for critical talent segments and support careers site content.
  • Track and analyze campaign, content, and channel performance, using data to optimize creative assets and improve candidate engagement and hiring outcomes.
You’ll have…

Education:

  • Associate’s degree or higher in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.

  • 5+ years professional experience working in a global, matrixed environment while managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • 5+ years of experience developing employer brand storytelling, employee stories, recruitment marketing content, executing recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • 5+ years of experience owning and maintaining brand standards, visual identity systems, creative guidelines, and design governance frameworks.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in graphic design, visual communications, creative services, digital, social media, web, email, video, and marketing channels.
  • Demonstrated experience using data and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, social media analytics, CRM reporting, or recruitment marketing analytics tools) to measure campaign performance, optimize content strategies, make recommendations to stakeholders, and communicate how data informed decisions.
  • Strong writing, editing, visual storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English required.
Even better, you may have…
