Job description

We made history and now we work to transform the future – for our customers, our communities and our families. You'll see your work on the road every day, helping people move freely and pursue their dreams. At Ford, you can build more than vehicles. Come build what matters.

As part of our Human Resources team, you’ll help us attract, hire and retain the top talent we need to achieve our bold vision. You’ll play a vital role in defining, developing and maintaining the winning culture that empowers diverse individuals to work together and create the impossible. We’re seeking change leaders, talent strategists, employee advocates and culture architects to enable our teams, partners, and businesses to do and be their best.

In this position…

At Ford, we build what matters, starting with the people we hire. We're looking for a Global Talent Attraction Content Strategist to lead employer brand content, storytelling, and recruitment marketing initiatives that help talent discover, engage with, and choose Ford across Europe and Canada.

As part of Ford’s Global Employer Brand team, you’ll support Talent Acquisition teams across Europe and Canada. You’ll partner with regional colleagues to find differentiating employee stories, develop talent value propositions, and create connected content that helps candidates discover, consider, and choose Ford. You’ll also contribute to global initiatives, share ideas with other employer brand leads, and celebrate wins as a team.

This is a supplemental, hourly role at Ford, working up to 40 hours per week. You will have the opportunity to participate in Ford’s 401(k) match but will not be eligible for health benefits. Please see this link for detailed benefits information.
  • You’ll lead employer brand content strategy for Europe and Canada while contributing to Ford’s global storytelling.

  • You’ll build connected content experiences rather than one-off pieces for individual channels.

  • You’ll connect core stories and messages across recruiter enablement materials, talking points, career site pages, social media, recruitment campaigns, talent events, email, and CRM communications.

  • You’ll contribute to special projects and talent communities, including the Ford US Military community.

What you'll do…
  • Lead employer brand content strategy and recruitment marketing campaigns for Europe and Canada, aligned with regional hiring priorities and Ford’s global EVP.

  • Find and develop distinctive employee stories, talent value propositions and messaging for priority audiences and career areas.

  • Write, edit, and guide content for career site pages, social media, video, email, CRM communications, and recruitment campaigns.

  • Develop content for talent events before, during, and after each event, including invitations, recruiter talking points, event messaging, and candidate follow-up.

  • Create messaging frameworks, templates, and toolkits that help regional teams use connected content while meeting Ford enterprise brand standards.

  • Partner with recruiters, regional employer brand leads, and business stakeholders to identify content needs and support attraction strategies for critical talent segments.

  • Analyze career site, campaign, social, and CRM performance; share what the data shows and recommend improvements to content and the candidate experience.

You'll have…
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience in content strategy, employer brand, recruitment marketing, or communications, including responsibility for content across multiple channels.

  • 5+ years developing employer brand and recruitment marketing content, including employee stories and messaging for specific talent audiences.

  • 5+ years working in a global or matrixed organization, managing projects and relationships across markets.

  • Experience supporting talent attraction in Europe and Canada and adapting global messaging to regional hiring needs.

  • Experience activating a global employer value proposition (EVP) and developing talent value propositions for specific audiences.

  • Experience connecting content across career sites, recruiter materials, social media, career events, campaigns, email, and CRM communications.

  • Strong writing, editing, interviewing, and presentation skills, supported by samples that show your personal contribution to the work.

  • The ability to use career site, social media, campaign, and CRM data to evaluate content and recommend improvements.

  • Experience working with regional teams, recruiters, designers, agencies, and other creative partners.

  • Fluency in English.

Even better if you have…
