Job summary

Airwallex is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple regions and functions. You will partner with leaders to build scalable hiring strategies, deliver a world-class candidate experience, and help shape Airwallex’s global growth in fintech and SaaS.

You will drive sourcing, analytics, and employer branding initiatives. You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, leveraging modern sourcing techniques and stakeholder collaboration

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in talent acquisition, preferably within technology, fintech, or high-growth environments.
• Demonstrated success filling commercial and business-critical roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple searches and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills; adept at building partnerships with hiring managers and leadership.
• Experience with modern sourcing techniques, ATS platforms, and recruitment analytics.
• Passion for building high-performing, inclusive teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation, across multiple business units and regions
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates in a competitive market
• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning needs and provide consultative guidance
• Build and maintain a pipeline of diverse, top-tier talent through creative sourcing techniques and strong relationship management
• Deliver a world-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
• Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to inform continuous improvement
• Contribute to employer branding, campus recruitment, and other strategic people initiatives
