Job summary

Microchip Technology Incorporated is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Planning Manager to lead end-to-end planning across multiple manufacturing sites and contract partners, aligning demand, supply, inventory and capacity with business objectives.

The role partners with Operations, Business Units, Sales, Engineering, Procurement and Finance, driving SIOP, inventory optimization, and continuous improvement in a global network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive supply chain, planning and inventory management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing managers and multi-site planning organisations.
• Demonstrated experience leading SIOP, inventory optimisation and supply chain transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional and global SIOP processes and executive reviews.
• Own end-to-end planning governance across demand, supply, inventory and master scheduling.
• Define planning strategies to support growth, profitability and customer commitments.
• Drive inventory policies, stocking strategies and supplier coordination.
• Partner with Operations, Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Finance and Quality.
