Microchip Technology Incorporated is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Planning Manager to lead planning across a network of manufacturing facilities and contract partners. The role drives end-to-end demand, supply, inventory, capacity and SIOP alignment with business objectives.

The successful candidate will partner with Operations, Business Units, Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Finance and executive leadership to optimise inventory, performance and lead times while developing scalable processes

Competenze

• Experience leading Planning Managers and supply chain teams across multiple locations.
• Proven ability to drive end-to-end demand, supply, inventory, capacity and SIOP processes.
• Strong collaboration with Operations, Sales, Engineering and Finance.

• Lead and develop Planning Managers and supply chain leaders across domestic and international sites.
• Define and implement planning strategies to support growth and customer commitments.
• Own end-to-end planning governance across demand, supply, inventory and master scheduling.
