Job summary

YETI is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Global Planning Tools and Processes team, owning SAP IBP and related forecasting tools. You will shape data architecture, drive automation, and coordinate monthly demand planning globally with cross‑functional teams across regions.

The role requires strong analytics, tool-building expertise, and executive communication to influence planning roadmaps and improve forecast accuracy at YETI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of planning experience.
• 5+ years of management experience in planning roles.
• Experience with SAP IBP (Demand & Supply) and data tooling.
• Ability to work with large datasets and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent influencing, presentation, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance and accuracy of the demand and supply planning tools including SAP IBP.
• Define future planning capabilities and long‑term tool roadmaps.
• Drive adoption of planning tools across Americas, Europe, and Asia.
• Ensure data flow between planning systems and improve data integrity.
• Lead major planning transformation initiatives (IBP enhancements, automation).
• Coordinate global demand planning monthly across regions and channels.
• Provide feedback on demand plans across channels and countries.
• Communicate risks and opportunities to senior stakeholders.
