YETI Coolers, LLC seeks a Senior Manager to lead Global Planning Tools and Processes. You will own the demand and supply planning tools, including SAP IBP, oversee forecasting processes, and support the roll up of YETI’s monthly Demand and Sales Plans.

The role requires strong analytical capability, technical fluency, and experience with planning systems. You’ll collaborate with regional teams across the Americas, Europe, and Asia to drive adoption, shape future capabilities, and improve data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant planning experience.
• 5+ years of management experience in planning, with SAP IBP Demand & Supply preferred.
• Experience working with large datasets and advanced analytics.
• Strong Excel and data visualization skills.
• Excellent influencing, presentation, and executive communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Own the performance and accuracy of the demand and supply planning tools (SAP IBP) for YETI.
• Define future planning capabilities and roadmaps, including automation and data flow improvements.
• Influence regional teams to drive adoption of planning tools and enhancements.
• Ensure proper data flow between planning systems and data integrity across platforms.
• Lead or support strategic planning transformation initiatives (IBP enhancements, automation).
• Coordinate global demand planning monthly, ensuring consistent templates and dates across regions.
