Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Typically 4-5 years of relevant experience in sourcing, procurement, supplier management, or related fields.
• Analytical and financial skills, including spend analysis, business cases, cost modeling, or savings tracking.
• Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects and priorities independently.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders across cultures and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Execute sourcing strategies for assigned categories, suppliers, or business portfolios within established objectives and category plans.
• Plan and lead sourcing projects of varying scope, coordinating across functions, suppliers, and third-party partners.
• Gather business requirements, analyze market data, develop RFx materials, and evaluate supplier proposals.
• Develop sourcing recommendations and business cases addressing cost, quality, service, and risk.
• Negotiate pricing, service levels, and terms within delegated authority in partnership with Legal and other support functions.
• Coordinate supplier selection, contracting, and implementation with stakeholders.
• Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance against SLAs, KPIs, and delivery expectations.
• Address issues, coordinate corrective actions, and elevate matters needing broader authority.
• Support supplier governance, risk management, savings tracking, and category planning.
• Maintain sourcing documentation and project data per policies and approvals.
• Contribute to process improvement and digital enablement initiatives, including AI tool use.
