Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in sourcing/procurement.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics Engineering.
• Problem-solving and self-driven approach to challenges.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Travel 5-10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing vendor management support, including forecasting, engineering collaboration, quality problem resolution, and price negotiations.
• Monitor and analyze supplier capacity, global demand, and vendor quality.
• Support resolution of escalated supply shortages.
• Identify and implement supply base improvements to meet short- and long-term production needs.
• Develop supplier selection methodologies and category strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on components like MCUs, ICs, MOSFETs, and sensors.
