Job summary

TTI Consumer Power Tools is seeking a Senior Global Sourcing Agent to drive strategic sourcing and procurement for key semiconductor components and related parts. The role reports to the Director of Global Electronics Sourcing and partners with engineering and operations to align demand and sourcing strategies.

You will manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing, and develop category strategies while staying aligned with business metrics and VE collaborations. Travel 5–10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, electrical engineering, or electronics engineering.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of breaking down complex issues and aligning stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing vendor management support including forecasting, engineering collaboration, quality problem resolution, and price negotiations.
• Monitor supplier capacity, global demand, and vendor quality; resolve escalated supply shortages.
• Identify and implement supply base improvements to meet production needs; build long-term relationships with strategic suppliers.
• Build internal stakeholder relationships to understand sourcing needs; analyze data to drive spend visibility and base optimization.
