Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Senior Global Sourcing Manager, Construction, to lead strategic procurement for design and construction across its growing facilities and charging programs. You will partner with Facilities, Real Estate, Finance and Legal to develop sourcing strategies, execute procurements, and manage supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; 3+ years in construction purchasing/procurement/strategic sourcing.
• Experience supporting large-scale industrial or tech facility builds.
• Experience running competitive sourcing events and contract negotiations.
• Knowledge of construction labor markets, materials, contractor practices, and facilities services.
• Proficiency with procurement/ERP systems (Coupa) and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year category strategies for design, construction, and facilities spend.
• Leverage procurement systems for sourcing events, PO management, and contract workflows.
• Apply deep expertise in construction purchasing to navigate labor, materials, and contractor markets.
• Negotiate NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and change orders with Legal and Risk partners.
• Establish KPIs and conduct periodic supplier reviews; manage multiple projects.
