Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in purchasing, supply chain, program/product management or related field.

• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Purchase all or portions of productive and/or non-productive materials, tooling, and services.
• Develop commodity strategies and lead complex global sourcing and negotiations.
• Execute global/regional material budgets and collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain sourcing pipeline, benchmarking data, strategy presentations, and on-time metrics.
• Lead supplier relationship management initiatives and act as focal point for commercial resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement, savings opportunities, and automation initiatives.
