Job summary

HireLifeScience seeks a senior leader to oversee site management, territory development, and country study support. You will be part of the local GCTO country management team, ensuring adherence to regulations and driving study performance across projects.

The role requires extensive experience in clinical operations, talent management, and collaboration with investigators and regulators. A dynamic, strategic leader will guide resourcing and quality initiatives in a global context.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years' experience within Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in clinical trial organization.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a functional management position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee country/cluster monitoring resource management and CRA quality across projects.
• Manage CRA managers and CRA performance evaluations; support recruiting efforts.
• Collaborate with Country TA Directors, CRD, and vendors to develop territory and staffing.
