Job summary

Spirit of America, headquartered in Arlington, VA, seeks a Global Security Manager to oversee the organization’s security program, protect personnel and facilities, and coordinate travel risk management across the globe.

Reporting to the CAO, you will build resilient security operations, align physical and cyber security, partner with International SOS, and guide leadership on risk mitigation and continuity planning in high‑risk environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management or related field.
• 12–15+ years leading enterprise security programs.
• Experience managing crisis management and international security operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Spirit of America's enterprise security strategy.
• Oversee physical security for headquarters and field offices.
• Lead crisis management and emergency response planning.
• Coordinate with International SOS for traveler safety.
