Job summary

CSL seeks an Associate Director, Project Management to lead global, cross-functional R&D projects. The role reports to the TA Portfolio Delivery Lead and is based in King of Prussia, PA or Maidenhead, UK with a hybrid onsite schedule.

You will partner with project leaders to drive strategy, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder reporting. You will mentor junior staff and oversee development teams across drug research, development and manufacturing processes to meet business objectives on time and

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years' experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
• 5+ years' experience as project manager leading cross-functional project teams in a matrixed, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead successful delivery of global, cross-functional R&D projects of strategic importance.
• Define strategy and operational tactics with the project leader.
• Manage budgets, resources, timelines, scope, and project documentation.
