Job summary

CSL Plasma in the United States seeks a Director of Project Management Due Diligence to lead external innovation evaluations, including in-licensing and partnerships. You will build integrated plans, manage timelines and budgets, and drive cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory and Commercial teams.

The role requires extensive DD experience in biotech/pharma, strong governance, and the ability to mentor teams while working in a hybrid environment at key US sites such as

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science; PhD preferred.
• 12+ years in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
• 8+ years as a project manager leading cross-functional teams in a global environment.
• Experience delivering projects on time and within budget with quality.
• Experience orchestrating asset due diligence across scientific/clinical/CMC/Reg/IP/Commercial orgs.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic PM leadership for external innovation activities including due diligence for in-licensing or partnerships.
• Lead development of integrated development plans, timelines and budgets for DD assets.
• Establish tools and templates for the DD process to ensure consistency across evaluations.
• Partner with Search & Evaluation leads to ensure cross-functional teams meet timelines and standards.
• Develop governance processes, status reports, dashboards and decision-support materials.
