The ideal candidate will drive supply chain strategy, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with global regulations while guiding a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Degreed in Supply Chain or Engineering or related discipline.
• Knowledge of the composite materials industry required.
• 8+ years in procurement or supply chain management around aerospace materials.
• Experience in international sourcing of materials or composites.
• Experience in global logistics, customs regulations and compliance.
• Experience in a high growth environment.
• Experience with high asset led businesses.

Responsabilidades

• Lead international sourcing strategies and end-to-end procurement across regions.
• Manage supplier relationships and drive cost-reduction initiatives.
• Oversee inventory levels and cycle counting to ensure accuracy.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and supply agreements for best value.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and ITAR considerations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align procurement with demand and drive cost savings.
