Job summary

SNF Holding Company in Riceboro, GA seeks an experienced Purchasing Specialist to consolidate purchasing across multiple sites, manage vendor relations, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services. You will prepare requisitions and purchase orders, track lead times, resolve supplier issues, and support forecasting with plant personnel while maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.

This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work under pressure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• 5+ years purchasing experience, manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and multiple sites a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate purchasing across multiple sites and coordinate with suppliers.
• Prepare requisitions, POs, and ensure proper import/export documentation.
• Track lead times, expedite orders, and resolve delivery issues.
• Develop forecasts with plant personnel and maintain open POs.
• Admin tasks and reporting as needed.
