Job summary

nVent is seeking a senior portfolio leader to drive growth and profitability for a global electrical protection portfolio. You will own the lifecycle from concept through end-of-life, set pricing strategies, build multiyear roadmaps, and align market needs with operations across regions.

You will partner across sales, marketing, engineering, and finance to deliver strategic priorities, leveraging analytics, VOC insights, and strong leadership to accelerate revenue and improve margins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or similar field preferred.
• Experience leading product portfolios and driving business performance.
• Experience developing business cases and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Management of product lifecycle management and commercialization processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the growth, profitability, and long-term success of a global portfolio of electrical protection solutions.
• Develop annual operating plans, strategic growth plans, and multi-year portfolio roadmaps.
• Lead pricing strategy and margin improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Drive VOC initiatives, market evaluations, and business case development for investments.
