The Senior Global Product Manager – Upstream for Integra’s Surgical Reconstruction (SR) Franchise identifies and implements product strategies, marketing plans, and related activities relating to Surgical Reconstruction product lines, specific to Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, to ensure that existing and new products meet Company goals and expectations. Reporting to, and collaborating closely with, the Director of Global Strategic Marketing, the successful candidate is responsible for successful development and coordination of new product development, product launches, and product sustaining, enabling the company to achieve growth objectives for our Implant Based Breast Reconstruction/Soft Tissue Reinforcement space. The role also requires the management of all upstream marketing activities including new product launches, clinical evidence strategy & execution and overall life cycle management and provides a key knowledge base for marketing procedures and actively mentors others in Marketing-related areas.
