Job summary

JR286, Inc. in Torrance, CA is seeking a driven Product Line Manager II to guide Nike Running, Training and ACG products.

You will own consumer insights, build a range plan, and lead the product team with timely market information to optimize revenue and margins. You will collaborate with Design, Development, Operations, Finance and Sales to deliver 1–3 year strategies, create briefs, analyze markets, and drive cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• 6+ years of consumer/product marketing experience, preferably in sporting goods or fast-paced environments.
• Strong leadership and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Define 1–3 year product strategy for NA and international markets.
• Create seasonal product briefs with positioning, pricing, attributes and margins.
• Develop briefs for new product innovations.
• Analyze market segmentation to drive revenue and margin goals.
• Maintain product calendar and gates to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with Design, Development, Operations, Finance and Sales.
• Conduct consumer, athlete and trade research to identify trends.
• Prepare presentations for customers, licensors, senior management, and sales meetings.
• Develop marketing/packaging briefs, catalogs and in-store displays.
• Train sales team with product tech sheets and videos.
• Forecast 24‑month assortment by region and key customers; align with FP&A and OPS.
• Provide regular reporting to drive incremental sales.
