Job summary

JR286 is hiring a creative, detail-oriented Designer in Torrance, CA to own design execution for NikeSKIMS accessories. The role involves translating concept into luxury product visuals, CMF direction, and storytelling across performance sports and lifestyle accessories.

You will lead projects, collaborate with internal and external teams, and mentor junior designers, while ensuring brand and product standards are met on a condensed seasonal calendar.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of accessories design experience; sports industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects across multiple teams, owning execution and ensuring brand and product standards.
• Design on a condensed 4-season calendar for inline accessories, meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate to develop seasonal creative strategies with brand direction.
• Translate materials, construction, brand, and graphics across product categories.
• Create CMF direction and product storytelling with design manager.
• Prepare detailed tech packs, specs, and presentation materials for Performance Sports and Lifestyle Accessories.
• Present concepts clearly to stakeholders and gather feedback.
• Mentor junior designers and contractors as needed.
• Travel between Torrance and Hollywood offices as required.
