FormFactor, Inc. is seeking a Sr Manager, Procurement Sourcing to lead global sourcing execution for critical materials, components, and services across semiconductor and probe card manufacturing.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, and Planning to ensure supplier capability, material availability, and alignment with manufacturing requirements. Responsibilities include driving cost reductions, negotiating terms, and managing supplier performance while

• Minimum of 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience; or equivalent work experience | Required

Responsabilidades

• Execute sourcing strategies for assigned categories (e.g., precision machined components, advanced materials, MEMS-related inputs, capital equipment, or indirect spend).
• Lead component and commodity qualification events in collaboration with engineer to establish adequate supply and capable suppliers and materials.
• Support contract negotiation, pricing alignment, and commercial terms execution in conjunction with procurement.
• Identify and implement cost savings and value engineering opportunities aligned with total cost of ownership (TCO).
